Any new customer or potential customer desiring Utility service from Savannah Valley Utility District (SVUD) shall fill out form Combined Application.
- A copy of your Drivers License or Business License is required.
- Depending if you are buying or renting, provide a copy of the Settlement Statement, Warranty Deed, or Lease Agreement (1st page only).

The fee associated with the application is not a security deposit and is not refundable unless SVUD cannot provide service. Customers must provide SVUD with a copy of their Social Security Number and a Valid Driver’s License when making application for service. SVUD reserves the right to deny service to potential customers without proper identification.
