NO leak adjustments are provide by Savannah Valley Utility any longer. Any leak adjustments are provide through ServLine ONLY. All Customers are now automatically enrolled with Servline Water Loss Protection with a small monthly fee. Water Line protection is also available with an additional fee. All customers can opt out of Protection by calling 423-961-8060, but you will never receive ANY leak adjustments. Agriculture meters are not applicable.

For your convenience, you can Pay Your Bill online, 24/7/365. Click here or on the menu tab above. You will need your Customer Number located on your Water Bill and a PIN (Personal ID Number) to access your account. If you don't have your PIN, please call SVUD at 423-344-8440 to get a PIN.

If you are traveling North on Highway 58 then we are located 6 miles past the Food City store or 4 miles past Sims Road on the right hand side. If you are traveling South on Highway 58 we are located 6 miles past Highway 60 on the left hand side.
